I was kickin some serious knowledge the other day about the Boot Camp Clik and the topic of the Fab 5 came up. For those who don't know, the Fab 5 was a potential sub-group of the BCC (like there aren't enough already), comprised of Ruck & Rock (Heltah Skeltah) and the Orignoo Gunn Clappaz (Starang Wondah, Louieville Sluggah, & Top Dog). This got me thinking, who from this "Fab 5" matches up with which member of those infamously ghetto Michigan teams. Since you're dying to know the answers, here they are.
Why? Chris was the best talent on that team and acheived the most success at the next level. Sean P. was the best rapper out of the Fab 5 and is the only one to establish a solo career.
Juwan Howard=Rock
Why? Howard and Rock were both beasts in the day and Rock looks like a tall dude himself.
Jalen Rose=Starang Wondah
Why? Probably the most versatile members of their respective crews, neither have done sheeit in the last 8 years or so.
Louieville Sluggah=Jimmy King
Why? They were the fourth best member of their "Fives", but thats basically where the comparisons end. King had a brief NBA career and now works on Wall Street (or at least Wikipedia says so) while Louieville is still a BCC weed carrier.
Top Dog=Ray Jackson
Why? Both fell off hard after the Fab 5. Ray played in the CBA for a lil and Top Dog is probably lobbying for a guest spot on of of those "Where Are They Now" remixes.
And for suffering through that stupid shit heres the only relevent song the Fab 5 ever recorded (the idea of the group went to shit after some lousy tracks or something): Laflaur Leflah Eshkoshka
